Healthy Leadership and Management — God’s Stewards insisting on personal and church-wide excellence.

Hosted by: Adventist Event Planners Association, Adventist Women in Leadership, Ministerial Association

Healthy Management and Leadership main objectives are:

  • Leadership Assessment- a focus on knowing who you are as a leader. Recognizing your best qualities, areas of development, and knowing what type of leader you are
  • Leading Teams- Based on the type of leader you are, how do you get results from your team? Develop ways to motivate teams to work better together. Because our interactions with groups are so diverse, learn what your emotional intelligence (EI) is and how it may be used to make a better leader.
  • Leadership Training- Learn what training is available for leadership ministry and where it may be obtained? Get examples of where these leadership styles are put into practice and successful
