Currently Pastor Ripley serves as the Director of Total Member Involvement for the Manitoba-Saskatchewan Conference of Seventh-day Adventist. Her husband is the president of the conference and together their passion is for discipleship and helping churches identify God’s special mission and vision for their community.

Lynn accepted God’s call to pastoral ministry after being a nurse for many years. She has served as a local church pastor for 15 years. She has also been a conference Evangelism Coordinator, Communication, Youth, and Women’s Ministries Director. She also served a term as the Assistant Ministerial Secretary for the Northern Asia Pacific Division. Pastor Lynn’s articles have been published in church magazines and books. And she has written lesson helps for the adult Sabbath school quarterly.

Pastor Lynn has a BA in Theology and Biblical Languages from Southwestern Adventist University and MA Min. from Andrews University Theological Seminary.

Pastors David and Lynn have two daughters and a son who provided them four grandchildren. One of their daughters is a pastor of the Williamsburg SDA Church in Virginia, USA.
